Shipping

Each Vestige Archive piece is unique and is individually prepared through a verification, conditioning, and packaging process carried out with the highest level of care.

Orders are processed within an estimated 24 to 48 business hours from purchase confirmation.

Delivery times are:

• Spain: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–4 business days

Shipments are made from Spain via a courier service selected by Vestige Archive, with shipping insurance included.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive the corresponding tracking information.

The indicated times are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances beyond Vestige Archive's control.

International Shipping and Customs

Shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs charges.

For destinations outside the European Union, orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or import fees, established by the authorities of the destination country.

These amounts are not included in the price and will be borne by the customer.

Vestige Archive does not intervene in customs processes or possible delays arising from them.

In case of shipment refusal, the costs associated with the return and any resulting fees may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returns

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns will only be accepted when:

• The piece has not been subject to adjustments, modifications, or customizations.
• It is in its original condition, without signs of use or alteration.
• It is returned with all its elements, including packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Vestige Archive reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, as well as to apply corresponding deductions in case of missing elements.

Procedure

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Once the piece is received, Vestige Archive will carry out a verification process that includes the issuance of a new gemological certificate and the validation of its condition.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal, and may be withheld until the effective receipt of the piece or proof of its shipment.
